The Meeting on Medical Image Analysis (MMIA) is a forum for the medical image analysis community. In a rapidly evolving research landscape, MMIA aims to promote the sharing of scientific advances and recent results while fostering discussion around emerging topics and applications.
MMIA welcomes submissions of 1-page abstracts reporting on research and recent results in medical image analysis. Abstracts will be reviewed and selected by the Scientific Committee for oral or poster presentation.
MMIA invites contributions in (but not limited to) the following areas:
- Image reconstruction, enhancement, and restoration
- Image classification and object detection
- Image segmentation and anomaly detection
- Image registration and tracking
- Image synthesis and augmentation
- Multimodal imaging and data fusion
- Representation learning and deep learning for medical imaging
- Foundation models and large-scale learning in medical imaging
- Quantitative imaging and radiomics
- Image quality assessment
- Image-based diagnosis and clinical decision support
- Image-guided interventions and procedure-related image analysis
- Bias, fairness, and generalization in medical image analysis
- Explainability and interpretability in medical image analysis
- Clinical implementation and validation of novel imaging solutions
