The registration fee is 35€ and includes conference attendance, lunch, and coffee breaks.
IEEE EMBS members receive a 10% discount on registration fees.
The deadline for registration (including payment) is 24 April 2026.
Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment via bank transfer (details will be provided upon registration). A confirmation email will be sent within 7 days of payment. If you do not receive confirmation within this period, please contact the organizing committee at mmia@inesctec.pt.
Author Policy
Participants registering to support an abstract submission must indicate their submission number(s) during registration.
Each registration may cover the presentation of up to two accepted abstracts.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be sent to mmia@inesctec.pt. Registration fees are non-refundable.
If MMIA is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, registration fees will be refunded after any expenses already incurred are deducted.
